إذا كانت الجرائم المحكوم فيها مختلفة ، يستنزل المبالغ
المدفوعة أو التي حصلت بطريق التنفيذ على ممتلكات المحكوم عليه أولا من
المبالغ المحكوم بها في الجنايات ثم في الجنح ثم في المخالفات .
