إذا صدرت العقوبات المحكوم بها لجرائم وقعت قبل
دخول المحكوم عليه السجن ، ويكون الإفراج على أساس مجموع مدد هذه
العقوبات .
أما إذا ارتكب المحكوم عليه أثناء وجوده في السجن جريمة ، يكون
الإفراج على أساس المدة الباقية عليه وقت ارتكابه هذه الجريمة ، مضافا
إليها مدة العقوبة المحكوم بها عليه من أجلها .
