إذا أصيب المحكوم عليه بعقوبة مقيدة للحرية بجنون ،
وجب تأجيل تنفيذ العقوبة حتى يبرأ . ويجوز للنيابة العامة أن تأمر
بوضعه في أحد المحال المعدة للأمراض العقلية . وفي هذه الحالة تستنزل
المدة التي يقضيها في هذا المحل من مدة العقوبة المحكوم بها .
