يجب أن تنشر قبل الجلسة المؤجلة إليها الدعوى بثمانية أيام صورة من أمر الإحالة ومن ورقة التكليف بالحضور بالجريدة الرسمية ، وأن تعلق صورة منها على باب قاعة الجلسة وصورة أخرى على باب مسكن المتهم إذا كان معلوما وصورة ثالثة على باب مقر جهة الإدارة التى بها مسكنه .
