فى أحوال الارتباط التى يجب فيها رفع الدعوى عن جميع الجرائم أمام محكمة واحدة ، إذا كان بعض الجرائم من اختصاص المحاكم العادية وبعضها من اختصاص محاكم استثنائية ، يكون رفع الدعوى بجميع الجرائم أمام المحاكم العادية ، إلا فى الحالة المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٦٦ وما بعدها من الدستور .
