لغرفة الاتهام عند النظر فى مد الحبس الاحتياطى ، أو فى الاستئنافات التى ترفع لها عن قرارات قاضى التحقيق ، أن تتصدى للموضوع وتتولى بنفسها إتمام التحقيق ، ثم تصدر أمرها طبقا للمادة ١٧٩ .
