على النيابة العامة عند صدور القرار بإحالة الدعوى إلى المحكمة الجزئية أن تقوم بإرسال جميع الأوراق إلى قلم كتاب المحكمة فى ظرف يومين ، و بإعلان الخصوم بالحضور أمام المحكمة فى أقرب جلسة وفى المواعيد المقررة .
