للمحكمة أو لمحكمة الجنح المستأنفة منعقدة في غرفة المشورة أن تأمر بإحالة الخصوم للقاضى أمام المحاكم المدنية إذا رأت موجبا لذلك ، وفى هذه الحالة يجوز وضع الأشياء المضبوطة تحت الحراسة ، أو اتخاذ وسائل تحفظية أخرى نحوها .
