لا يترتب على تطبيق أحكام القانون المرافق الإخلال بما تتضمنه أحكام القوانين المنظمة
للشئون الوظيفية للمعاملين بالكادرات الخاصة، ويستمر العمل بالمزايا المقررة في هذه القوانين
والأنظمة الوظيفية وتتحمل الخزانة العامة فروق التكلفة المترتبة على ذلك طبقا لأحكام القانون
المرافق.
