الاجتماعي والتي كانت تتولى الجهات الإدارية صرفها، وذلك على حساب الخزانة العامة، وتتضمن
اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق القواعد والإجراءات المنفذة لأحكام هذه المادة.
