تسري أحكام هذا الباب على فئات أصحاب المعاشات والمستحقين وفقا للقواعد والأولويات
التي يصدر بها قرار من رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة المعنية بالتأمين الصحي بعد الاتفاق مع رئيس
الهيئة، وذلك دون الإخلال بحقوق فئة أصحاب المعاشات والمستحقين الذين انتفعوا بتأمين
المرض وفقا لأحكام قانون التأمين الاجتماعي الصادر بالقانون رقم ٧٩ لسنة ١٩٧٥.
