تسري أحكام هذا الباب تدريجيا على المؤمن عليهم الذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من رئيس
مجلس إدارة الهيئة المعنية بالتأمين الصحي، وذلك دون الإخلال بحقوق المؤمن عليهم الذين
انتفعوا بتأمين المرض وفقا لأحكام قانون التأمين الاجتماعي الصادر بالقانون رقم ٧٩ لسنة ١٩٧٥.
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون قواعد وإجراءات تحصيل الاشتراكات وتوريدها للهيئة
بالنسبة للمؤمن عليهم من الفئات المشار إليها بالبندين ثانيا ورابعا من المادة (٢) من هذا القانون.
