Article 52 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

إذا نشأ عن الإصابة عجز جزئي مستديم تقدر نسبته ب(٣٥٪) فأكثر، استحق المصاب معاشا يساوى نسبة ذلك العجز من المعاش المنصوص عليه بالمادة (٥١) من هذا القانون.
وإذا أدى هذا العجز إلى إنهاء خدمة المؤمن عليه لثبوت عدم وجود عمل آخر له لدى صاحب العمل وفقا للقواعد المنصوص عليها بالبند (٢) من المادة (٢١) من هذا القانون، يزاد معاشه وفقا لحكم الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة (٥١) من هذا القانون.
