Article 51 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law

إذا نشأ عن إصابة العمل عجز كامل أو وفاة سوي المعاش بنسبة (٨٠٪) من الأجر المنصوص عليه في المادة (٢٢) من هذا القانون.
ويزاد هذا المعاش بنسبة (١٪) سنويا حتى بلوغ المؤمن عليه سن الشيخوخة حقيقة أو حكما إذا كان العجز أو الوفاة سببا في إنهاء خدمة المؤمن عليه، وتعتبر كل زيادة جزءا من المعاش عند تحديد مبلغ الزيادة التالية.
