يوقف العمل بالقرارات والاتفاقات التي أبرمت مع الجهات التي طلبت زيادة اشتراك العاملين بها في نظام المكافأة وفقا لقانون التأمين الاجتماعي الصادر بالقانون رقم ٧٩ لسنة ١٩٧٥ والقوانين المعدلة والمكملة له، وتحسب المكافأة وفقا للقواعد المشار إليها بالمادة السابقة.
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون قواعد وأحكام وإجراءات تنفيذ أحكام هذه المادة.
