يجوز للمؤمن عليه أو صاحب المعاش أو المستحقين طلب أي بيانات عن حالته التأمينية مقابل أداء مبلغ لا يجاوز عشرة جنيهات عن كل طلب وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون قيمة مقابل أداء الخدمة وإجراءات الحصول على البيانات وحالات الإعفاء من المقابل المشار إليه.
