تلتزم الشركات والأفراد والجهات وأصحاب المنشآت السياحية أو أى منشآت أو أنشطة أخرى بتنفيذ أعمال الحماية الخاصة بها واللازمة لحمايتها من أخطار الأمطار والسيول على نفقتها ، وذلك بعد الحصول على التراخيص اللازمة من الوزارة وفقا للضوابط والشروط التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية .
