يحظر إجراء أى عمل يؤثر على طبيعة الشاطئ أو يعدل من مساره دخولا فى مياه البحر أو انحسار عنه إلا بعد موافقة الوزارة وبناء على توصية من اللجنة العليا المختصة ، وتنظم اللائحة التنفيذية الإجراءات والشروط الواجب اتباعها فى هذا الشأن .
