مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون البيئة الصادر بالقانون رقم ٤ لسنة ١٩٩٤ ، إذا تبين للمهندس المختص أن هناك أعمالا مخالفة للمواد السابقة من هذا القانون بالشواطئ البحرية للدولة يحق له اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لوقف العمل والإزالة الفورية إداريا وإعادة الشيء إلى أصله على نفقة المخالف وتحصيل قيمة تكاليف الإزالة بالطرق الإدارية .
