تقوم الوزارة بالتنسيق مع وزارة البيئة بتحديد خط الحظر النهائى من واقع الدراسات فى هذا الشأن والذى يحظر تجاوزه بإقامة أية منشآت أو أعمال ، ويستمر العمل بالمادة (٨٧) من هذا القانون ساريا فى المناطق التى لم يتم تحديد خط الحظر لها بمعرفة الوزارة ووزارة البيئة وإخطار جميع الجهات المعنية للالتزام به .
