للوزارة الحق فى التصرف والاستغلال للآبار التى تنفذها ، وذلك وفقا لأحكام قانون تنظيم التعاقدات التى تبرمها الجهات العامة الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٨٢ لسنة ٢٠١٨ ، وقانون تنظيم مشاركة القطاع الخاص فى مشروعات البنية الأساسية والخدمات والمرافق العامة الصادر بالقانون رقم ٦٧ لسنة ٢٠١٠
