فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص فى هذا الباب ، تسرى فى شأن رى وصرف الأراضى الجديدة أو إقامة مشروعات التنمية والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة ، وجميع الأحكام الأخرى المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون أو فى القوانين الأخرى بما لا يتعارض مع أحكامه .
