يجوز للإدارة العامة المختصة إذا تبين لها وجود أكثر من طريق لرى مساحة من الأراضى أن تأمر بإلغاء ما تراه زائدا عن حاجة المساحة المذكورة أو على نصيبها من المياه ويكون الإلغاء على نفقة الدولة بعد إعلان ذوى الشأن به .
