يمنح المهندسون المختصون أو غيرهم من العاملين المكلفين كل فيما يخصه
صفة مأمورى الضبط القضائى بالنسبة إلى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون
والتى تقع فى دوائر اختصاصهم ، بقرار من وزير العدل بناء على اقتراح الوزير .
