Article 104 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف حكم المادة (٢٨) بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه عن الفدان أو كسر الفدان أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
