Article 103 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف أى حكم من أحكام المواد (٣٥) ، والفقرة الثانية من المادة (٦٠) ، والمادة (٨٠) ، والبنود (١،٦ / ب ، ٧) من المادة (٨٤) بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسين ألف جنيه .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
