Article 101 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف أى حكم من أحكام المواد (١٢ . ٤٠ . ٤٥) والفقرة الثالثة من المادة (٦٠) بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف جنيه .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
