Article 100 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف أى حكم من أحكام المواد : البند (٣) من الفقرة الثانية من المادة (٤) ، والفقرة الثانية من المادة (٥) ، والبند (١٠) من المادة (٨٤) ، والمواد (٣٧،٢٧،١٦،١٥) بغرامة لا تقل عن ألفى جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
