فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون يقصد “بالهيئة أو الجهة الإدارية” أينما ورد ذكرها فى هذا القانون أو لائحته التنفيذية أو القانون رقم 159 لسنة 1981 ولائحته التنفيذية “الهيئة العامة لسوق المال” ويقصد بالوزير “وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية” ويقصد بالشركة “شركة المساهمة” التى يتم تأسيسها وقيدها أو قيدها فقط طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون.
