يعمل بأحكام القانون المرافق فى شأن شركات المساهمة العاملة فى مجال تلقى الأموال لاستثمارها.
وتسرى أحكام القانون رقم 159 لسنة 1981 بإصدار قانون شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة، على هذه الشركات فيما لم يرد به نص خاص فى هذا القانون.
ولا يجوز لشركات المساهمة العاملة فى مجال تلقى الأموال لاستثمارها مزاولة أعمال البنوك بما فيها تلقى الودائع تحت الطلب أو لأجل أو أعمال الصرافة أو منح التسهيلات الائتمانية.
