مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام المواد 21 وما بعدها من هذا القانون يجوز فضلا عن العقوبات المقررة للجرائم المنصوص عليها فيه الحكم بكل أو بعض التدابير الآتية:
1 – الحرمان من مزاولة المهنة مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات.
2 – حظر مزاولة النشاط الاقتصادى الذى وقعت الجريمة بمناسبته مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات.
3 – نشر منطوق الحكم الصادر بالإدانة بالوسيلة المناسبة وعلى نفقة المحكوم عليه.
