مع عدم الاخلال بالمسئولية الجنائية لمرتكب الفعل المخالف للقانون يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشركة بذات العقوبات المقررة عن الأفعال التى ترتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون، وتكون أموال الشركة ضامنة فى جميع الأحوال للوفاء بما يحكم به من غرامات مالية.
