يعاقب كل من يخالف الأحكام الأخرى الواردة فى هذا القانون أو لائحته التنفيذية بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
