يجوز للشركة وقف نشاطها الذى تمارسه وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون بموافقة مجلس إدارة الهيئة بعد التحقق من إبراء ذمتها نهائيا من التزاماتها قبل أصحاب صكوك الاستثمار وذلك وفقا للشروط والإجراءات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية، ويؤشر بوقف النشاط فى سجل القيد المعد بالهيئة، وينشر عنه فى الوقائع المصرية وفى جريدتين يوميتين صباحيتين.
ولا يجوز للشركة معاودة نشاطها فى مجال تلقى الأموال لاستثمارها إلا بموافقة مجلس إدارة الهيئة.
