يحظر على المتعاقد طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون استخدام الأراضي في غير
الغرض الذي تم التصرف إليه من أجله.
كما يحظر عليه التصرف في هذه الأراضي أو التعامل عليها أو جزء منها بأي
نوع من أنواع التصرفات والتعاملات قبل سداد كامل الثمن، ويجوز التصرف بعد
سداد كامل الثمن بشرط الالتزام بالغرض الذي تم التصرف من أجله ويقع باطلا
بطلانا مطلقا أي عقد يبرم بالمخالفة لذلك، ويعتبر مفسوخا من تلقاء نفسه دون
الحاجة إلى اتخاذ أي إجراء آخر.
