Article 10 of the State Private Property Disposal Law

تنقضي الدعوى الجنائية لجريمة التعدي على الأراضي المملوكة للدولة ملكية
خاصة لكل من يتم التصرف له وفق أحكام هذا القانون، ولكل من قام بتسليم الأرض
المتعدى عليها خلال المدة المنصوص عليها بالمادة الثالثة من هذا القانون.
وتأمر النيابة العامة بوقف تنفيذ العقوبة إذا تم التصرف أو التسليم المشار
إليهما في الفقرة السابقة أثناء تنفيذ العقوبة.
