يصدر الوزير المختص بشئون الإسكان اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به، وإلى أن تصدر هذه اللائحة يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات القائمة، وذلك فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكامه.
