يجب التقدم بالتبليغ بواقعة الميلاد إلى مكتب الصحة الذي حدثت بدائرته واقعة الميلاد أو إلى الجهة الصحية التي يحددها وزير الصحة بقرار يصدر منه في الجهات التي ليست بها مكاتب صحة أو إلى العمدة أو الشيخ أو غيرها من الجهات، وعلى الجهات الصحية أو العمدة أو الشيخ إرسال التبليغات إلى مكاتب الصحة التي يتبعها كل منهم خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ تلقي التبليغ.
