Article 15 of the Desert Lands Law

يحدد مجلس إدارة الهيئة أثمان الأراضي التي يتم التصرف فيها بالتطبيق
لأحكام هذا القانون .
ويتم هذا التحديد بعد استطلاع رأى لجان فنية تبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون
تشكيلها وأسس العمل بها .
وتودع في صندوق خاص الحصيلة الناتجة عن التصرف في الأراضي المخصصة
للاستصلاح والاستزراع وإدارتها ، كما تودع فيه كافة الموارد والاعتمادات التي تتقرر
لهذه الأراضي وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
