على الجهات المشرفة على أعمال التنظيم وعلى المحافظات أن تخطر الجهة القائمة على السجل العيني في أول كل شهر برخص البناء والهدم المعطاة لأصحاب الشأن ويربط العوائد المستجدة وذلك لكي تقوم الجهة الأخيرة بتطبيق نظام المدن على الوحدات العقارية المنشأة عليها هذه الأبنية عند إدراج أي تصرف يتعلق بها في السجل العيني .
