يخطر كل شخص تغيرت حقوقه أو زالت بكل قيد أو محو أو تأشير أو تصحيح وذلك بإرسال خطاب موصى عليه مع علم وصول إلى محله المعين في السجل ويدرج القيد أو المحو أو التأشير أو التصحيح بأكمله في سند الملكية وفي الشهادة المنصوص عليها في المادتين (58) , (59) .
