يجب قيد الإيجارات والسندات التي ترد على منفعة العقار إذا زادت مدتها تسع سنوات والمخالصات والحوالات بأكثر من أجرة ثلاث سنوات مقدما وكذلك الأحكام النهائية المثبتة لشيء من ذلك .
ويترتب على عدم قيدها أنها لا تكون نافذة في الغير فيما زاد على مدة تسع سنوات بالنسبة إلى الإيجارات والسندات وفيما زاد على أجرة ثلاث سنوات بالنسبة إلى المخالصات والحوالات .
