المحررات التي تتناول نقل حق عيني أو إنشاءه أو زواله الثابتة التاريخ من غير طريق وجود توقيع أو ختم لإنسان توفى تخفض شهرها بمقدار 50% إذا قدمت للشهر خلال شهرين من تاريخ صدور القرار الوزاري المشار إليه في المادة الثانية من قانون الإصدار .
وترسل صورة من طلب الشهر إلى الهيئة القائمة على إعداد السجل العيني بمجرد تقديم الطلب للنظر في إثبات الحقوق في صحائف الوحدات العقارية على أساس هذه المحررات .
