يستخرج لكل عضو من أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ اشتراك للسفر بالدرجة الأولى الممتازة
بسكك حديد جمهورية مصر العربية أو إحدى وسائل المواصلات العامة الأخرى أو الطائرات من الجهة
التي يختارها في دائرته الانتخابية إلى القاهرة، ولا تحسب هذه المبالغ ضمن ما يتقاضاه العضو.
وتبين لائحة المجلس التسهيلات الأخرى التي يقدمها المجلس لأعضائه لتمكينهم من
مباشرة مسئولياتهم.
