Article 95 of the Labour Law (2025)

يلتزم العامل الذى تم تدريبه على نفقة صاحب العمل بأن يقضى لديه المدة المتفق عليها ، وفى حالة تركه العمل قبل انقضاء هذه المدة يلتزم بسداد نفقات التدريب ، دون إخلال بحق صاحب العمل فى التعويض ، ما لم ينص عقد العمل على خلاف ذلك .
