إذا عهد صاحب العمل إلى صاحب عمل آخر بتأدية عمل من أعماله ، أو جزء منها ، وذلك فى منطقة عمل واحدة وجب على الأخير أن يسوى بين عماله ، وعمال صاحب العمل الأصلى فى جميع الحقوق ، ويكون الأخير متضامنا معه فى الوفاء بجميع الالتزامات التى تفرضها أحكام هذا القانون .
وفى جميع الأحوال ، لا يجوز المساس بحقوق العامل .
