تشكل هيئة التحكيم باتفاق الطرفين من محكم واحد أو أكثر ، بشرط أن يكون العدد فرديا ، لنظر النزاع القائم ، وذلك فى موعد غايته خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إحالة النزاع لقسم التحكيم .
وإذا لم يتفق طرفا التحكيم على اختيار المحكمين خلال المدة المشار إليها فى الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة يتولى المركز اختيار المحكمين وفقا للوائح المنظمة لعمل المركز .
