مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (٢٢٣) من هذا القانون ، يحق لطرفى النزاع أو أحدهما خلال خمسة عشر يوما أن يطلب من مركز الوساطة والتحكيم استبدال وسيط النزاع لمرة واحدة ، فإذا رفض الطرف الآخر استبداله تعين على مركز الوساطة والتحكيم الفصل فى هذا الطلب فى موعد لا يجاوز يومين ، فإذا تم اختيار وسيط جديد تحسب مدة أعماله من تاريخ تسلمه للمهمة .
