يصدر الوزير المختص بالتشاور مع المنظمات النقابية العمالية ومنظمات أصحاب الأعمال القرارات اللازمة لتنظيم أنماط العمل الجديدة ، وتحديد صورها والنماذج الاسترشادية لعقود ولوائح العمل ، وطرق إثبات علاقة العمل ، وآليات حصول الطرفين على حقوقهم ، وذلك فى موعد لا يتجاوز ستة أشهر من تاريخ إصدار هذا القانون .
