يستبدل بنص المادة الأولى من القانون رقم ٧٩ لسنة ٢٠١٦ المشار إليه، النص الآتى:
يجوز إنهاء المنازعات الضريبية القائمة أو التى تقام أمام جميع المحاكم على اختلاف درجاتها أو لجان الطعن الضريبى أو لجان التوفيق أو لجان التظلمات بين مصلحة الضرائب المصرية أو مصلحة الضرائب العقارية والممولين أو المكلفين متى كانت ناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام قوانين الضرائب التى تقوم المصلحتان المذكورتان على تطبيقها، وذلك أيا كانت الحالة التى عليها الدعوى أو الطعن .
